Regular fasting - helps physically & mentally

It reveals that fasting should be taken up only when your body and mind are in sync. Its also acts as an excersize to keep both the mind and body in sync. Without which, it would be a problem creation for your body rather than bettering it. Make a resolution and determine and stand by it.
