Prelude: After nearly more than a year, i went on vacation for 2 days. This time with my company colleagues(or rather i say, my company gang). I have a beautiful team in my company and we all share a very healthy rapport with each other. They all have been to my engagement ceremony and marriage event. Ever since they narrated me their Ahobilam adventure(where they got lost in the dense forest and struggled to find way out just before dusk), i was waiting for the right time to plan a trip with the same gang. We pulled it off finally at the last weekend of March. Participants - Myself, Ramesh, Supriya, Satish Lade, Sowmya, Mounika, Gouse, Vipul, Piyush. Destination - Chirala beach resort. I booked my accommodation in Sea breeze beach resort .  Transportation - Chevrolet Tavera - only 9 seater available on rentals. We all gathered at Supriya's home at 9:30PM. Had a nice dinner. What are we doing to enrich our life? Next month, and it would be an year in my current job. I was retrospecting past one year. What did i do so significant to enrich my life? In that line, i went on to retrospect my last 5 years of time. What did i do to make my life better? Or did i do anything that made anybody else life better?  I always feel, that each passing day should make us much better individual, a much useful being to live. I was discussing the same with my friend and this discussion enlightened me with many things. The satisfaction, sense of achievement, the feel of enriching need not be always tangible. The emotional endurance we learn, the unnoticed small things(like finding a better/shorter route to your work place, taking a measure to save time, starting on a healthy habit, a sense of satisfaction after heart full lunch) are not tangible. If one considers achievement at work/career, financial achievements(like purchasing a home, a car) or setting up ...

There may be many more features which PRPC doesn't have. May be the work on it is in progress with product team or may be Pega never felt to have one such thing. Talking to the players on the field....what the hell of sense is this? In IPL season, the players on the field are made to talk to the commentators and answer their funny and yet some stupid questions. These questions can wait till the end of the game. But, what sort of culture is this? The players should be there fully concentrated and reserve their energies and thoughts on the match. But recent times, IPL has made cricket as a mere circus with lot of entertaining feats and just for entertainment and very less of cricket game. Even the umpires and even the referee has turned a blind eye on this act. I really feel this a completely sick act. I think, its high time that some authority intervene and stop this insane act to just popularize the show. I don't know, if there any game rules that restrict any sort of interference/disturbances to the players on the field when the game is ON.

As an adage goes, all fingers of one hand are not the same, similary no two individuals think in the same manner. One may not have some opinion on a matter as other. So, while handling a team, we better understand what are the source of motivation for each in there. One source motivation may not be so high degree of motivation to other or may mean nothing at all to another. For any employee or member to service beyond call of the duty, there certainly has to be a source of motivation. I mean like a yummy cheese cake to a child. I like watching this show. But not mad of this it. But i track the happenings right from the auditions to the finale. Realistic, may be scripted, but who cares as far it entertains me. In all these days, seeing the crowds for auditions and all i used to think, "After all its just a tv show!!" But after watching this guy, Aniket's Roadies X audition, my view on this show has changed. This guys has given auditions for Roadies since its second season. i.e. Roadies 2, Roadies 3, Roadies 4, Roadies 5, Roadies 6, Roadies 7, Roadies 8, Roadies 9 and now Roadies X. Though he didnt get to be a roadie but hats off to this fellow for his perseverance despite of all the failures!!! For me its just a show. 14 dead and more than 40 seriously injured. Its a serial bombing of 2 bombs. Gruesome terrorist attack happened in Hyderabad today. It happened in a densely populated and crowded and very very busy location, Dilsukhnagar. Its a major city transit for most of the areas. It happened at a peak time 7:00PM to 7:30PM. One of my friend transferred some cash from US to my SBI savings a/c, home branched at my native place. As far as i remember, this account was opened long back in 2000. I generally dont use this account but still keep it live with minimum balance and very recently my car loan from SBI(though from different branch) is linked to this savings a/c. I inturn got into a situation to transfer this balance to one of my friends SBI savings a/c, home branched at Madhapur, Hyd. I issued a cheque favouring my friend savings a/c. I hate you 2012. 2012 didn't start well neither went well nor ended well. Professionally, financially, personally everything was a flop. Nothing went as planned. In other words, 2012 was an diaster for me. Professionally, after my shift in employment to my current organization in sep'2011, till dec'11, everything was as i expected and the early 2012 was not bad either. My sister is just back from USA. Needless to say, she bought lots of chocolates. Of all, i loved KISSES. These chocolates are awesome. Just pure chocolate, exactly the way i love eat chocolates. I love them. Many chocolates are mixed and flavored with nuts, dry fruits etc etc. I feel chocolate has to be a pure cacao just lots of cacao and nothing else. Kisses are exactly the same and so i love it. I find Cadbury Silk and Bournville are very near to my taste. Just 9$ for one big party bag!!! This party bag has 3 flavours Milk Chocolate, Special dark and Caramel. Oh my god! The Special dark flavour are just the way i like it....slightly bitter but still the best form of chocolate. A week back i used my CITI bank debit card at a fuel station to pay. The transaction was declined. I was sure that the account has required balance in it and so i requested the attendant to try one more time. But the transaction was declined again. I paid the bill using HDFC card and left. Soon after a travelling a kilometer, i received a transaction alert on my mobile from citi bank that Rs.400 was debited from my savings account at the fuel station. I rushed back to the fuel station and explained them abt the msg. After reading about Baklava at my friend Kamal's blog , i had been waiting to taste it. But, dont know why, never actually set out to taste it. On one of the recent saturday evenings, after lazy day, started the craving to taste something new. Had to decide between Mexican food(at Chilis in Inorbit mall) or Baklava or Sithafal Icecream. Finalized on Baklava. Googled the sweet niravana restaurant(where its said that we find delicious baklava), called up to find if they are serving the dish today. And i set out to sweet niravana near madhapur police station in Hitec city. The restaurant was almost empty with just one small b'day party. The ambience was so pleasant. If any dead person can speak out what he feels after death, Dead person feels that a person with cancer in the last stage is lucky, that he still has life to live. Cancer affected feels that a person on dialysis is lucky, that he would live more though with some restrictions & medication. Dialysis patients feels that Nick Vujicic is lucky, that he will be able to live normal life though with his limitations. So, being normal is very very very very very very very very lucky.
